Garcinia cambogia, also known as Brindleberry, originates from Southeast Asia. The fruit extract used in this formula is taken from the rind of its purple, pumpkin-like fruit, which is rich in Hydroxycitric acid (HCA). Scientific studies have shown that 1200mg of HCA per day can assist weight management (when taken in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet and exercise programme).

This product contains 60% HCA (1200mg per two capsules) and provides a true-strength of 10g (10,000mg) Garcinia cambogia fruit rind equiv. dry. This formula contains Chromium to help maintain normal blood sugar levels (based on 2 capsules per day). Taken when required, Nutra-Life Garcinia Cambogia + Chromium may assist blood sugar balance.

Active Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

• Brindleberry (Garcinia cambogia) fruit rind extract 1000mg
• Equiv. Brindleberry (Garcinia cambogia) fruit rind dry 5000mg
• Equiv. HCA (Hydroxycitric acid) 600mg
• Chromium (as chloride) 100mcg

Contains encapsulating aids.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule 30-60 minutes before a meal, 2 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

This product should be used in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet and exercise programme.
